Ideal Industries, Inc. has the experience, tools and manpower to provide quick-turn, quality replacement drag chain for grain, feed, fertilizer and many other applications. Most popular styles of chain are available, and each chain is designed, welded and assembled as required for the specified application.
- Replacement to the original manufacturer’s design or new designs, each is made with value and longevity in mind.
- Our most popular chain types include 81X and WH series chains.
- Attachments are laser cut, and in some applications will be formed for additional strength.
- Attachments are fixture-welded to the chain for proper alignment and spacing.
- High flight, flat bottom and round bottom flight designs are available.
- UHMW is our standard flight material. 1/2” is typically the standard material thickness, other thicknesses available.
- Other material types such as nylon, urethane, and steel are available.
- Unless specified, assembly of the chain and flights into 10’ coils are standard and included in our pricing.
- Carry-back cups, master links, and pins are available upon request.
Replacement Sprockets
- Laser cut, ¾” thick, AR 400 sprockets with welded XT hubs and bushings can be made in-house.
- Split-sprockets are also available by special order. These may require longer lead times as they are made to order.
