Fabrication
This is the process phase that most people associate with custom metal manufacturing. It involves the most equipment (some of it very expensive) and the most physical change to the raw metal. CNC and computer-assisted work here gives us speed and precision. Punching, De-burring, Machining, Bending, Forming, Pressing and Welding all require skill and focus. Sequential and repeatable assembly means your Ideal part is consistent and dependable.
Heat-treating is also available should your tailored process require.
Finishing
A proper finish makes the part Ideal – whether it is raw, plated, or painted. Blasting, Grinding, Sanding, Polishing (to a #4 finish) and Powder-Coat Painting yield a finished product of the highest visual and strength standards. You'll have a safe-handling part that fits seamlessly into your application.
Logistics
With flexible final labeling and packaging/transport options, Ideal provides true concept-to-completion fabrication service. Quality Control is part of every fabrication step, but this provides for a final inspection. Testing verifies we've met or exceeded specifications.
